Session 1

  • We begin the process of learning and
  • experience how we can utilize the hands to open a connection to the inner self.
  • A group experience led by Richard will allow everyone to find their own felt experience of Mirroring Hands.
  • How to think and feel in the way of the Mirroring Hands approach will be learned through practical activities.

Session 2

  • We explore the powerful effect of using only as much language as the client needs in order to begin problem solving and healing processes.
  • Includes experiential work with the unique forms of language and “talk” that show how to access the inner needs of the client by stepping back and allowing the client express their needs explicitly and ideodynamically.

Session 3

  • We explore and re-establish our awareness of the best ways of being.
  • We will learn about natural problem-solving capacities both individually and in relationship with the client.

  • More experiential practice will explore a selection of Mirroring Hands forms

Session 4

  • Through experiential exercises we explore the important client responsive approach of “sensitive observation” and therapy emerging as a response to the client, rather than a direction or even suggestion.
  • We learn how to apply Mirroring Hands to the needs of every client, dissolve resistance, and tap into the deeper issues that the client really wants to resolve.
